System Security Engineer – DLP

5+ years in Information Security / DLP

• Manage, enhance, and maintain the organization’s Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solution.
• Design, implement, and fine-tune DLP policies, rules, and controls across endpoints, network, email, and cloud environments.
• Monitor DLP alerts and investigate security incidents involving sensitive and confidential data.
• Perform incident analysis, remediation, root-cause analysis, and escalation where required.
• Support data classification, sensitive information discovery, and data protection initiatives.
• Identify policy gaps and optimize DLP controls to reduce false positives while improving security coverage.
• Work closely with Security Operations, Infrastructure, Compliance, and business teams to strengthen data protection.
• Maintain DLP documentation, reports, dashboards, and governance processes.

• Strong, hands-on experience with enterprise DLP solutions and DLP policy management.
• Experience in data discovery, classification, monitoring, incident investigation, and remediation.
• Good understanding of endpoint, network, email, cloud, and information security controls.
• Experience working with security incidents and regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.
