Administer, maintain and secure Al Etihad Payments' Windows server infrastructure, including Active Directory and patch management. The role ensures a stable, secure and compliant Windows environment that supports business and payment operations.

• Install, configure and maintain Windows Server environments across physical, virtual and cloud platforms.
• Manage core services such as DNS, DHCP, file services, IIS and failover clustering.
• Monitor server performance and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.

• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, domain controllers and trusts.
• Manage user, group and service account life cycles in line with access control policies.
• Support integration with Entra  (Azure AD), SSO and MFA solutions.

• Plan and execute monthly patching using WSUS, SCCM/MECM or equivalent tools.
• Track patch compliance and remediate vulnerabilities identified by security scans.
• Maintain standard server builds and configuration baselines.

• Apply CIS and organizational hardening standards to Windows servers.
• Coordinate with Security on endpoint protection, PAM and audit logging.
• Maintain documentation and support PCI DSS, ISO 27001 and audits

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Windows server administration in enterprise environments.
• Preferred certifications:
  Microsoft Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, Azure Administrator or MCSE.

• Expert Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
• Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and PKI integration.
• WSUS/SCCM patch management.
• Power Shell scripting and automation.
• VMware/Hyper-V virtualization.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
