Job Purpose
Responsible for planning, executing, and implementing digital marketing strategies (content and performance) across key Pure Health digital channels. This includes tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and delivering regular reports with actionable insights to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities- Implement digital marketing strategies aligned with Pure Health Objective. Plan and execute campaigns across various digital marketing and social media channels.
- Monitor strategy implementation for Pure Health Entities. Develop content strategies to engage target audiences and increase top of mind recall.
- Collaborate with publishers, influencers & key stake holders to amplify company values, strategic announcement, corporate communication strategy to create a cohesive narrative on digital.
- Manage, grow and sustain the reach across social media channels to engage the target audience while driving insights to optimise spends.
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital channels. Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders for Purehealth & Group Entities
- Monitor expenses to ensure campaigns stay within budget while delivering maximum impact.
- Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Ensure all digital marketing activities adhere to legal and ethical standards, including data privacy regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing or related field. (Master's Degree preferred)
- 7+ Years of experience in performance marketing with a strong track record of driving results. Preferred 2 Years of experience in a leading digital agency in a performance marketing role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
