Position Overview ADNOC Group is seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning professional to lead the development, implementation and management of advanced digital automation solutions. Based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, the role focuses on applying AI, machine learning, advanced analytics and enterprise technologies to address business challenges, automate processes and generate actionable insights across the organization. The position involves developing scalable AI applications, designing solution architectures, managing the complete Solutions Development Life Cycle and ensuring that digital services meet business requirements, enterprise architecture principles, information security standards and service delivery commitments.
The successful candidate will work closely with Group Digital management, engineering teams, enterprise architects, project managers and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into effective digital solutions.

- Develop and implement AI and machine learning solutions that address business requirements and improve organizational performance.
- Apply advanced analytics and statistical techniques to identify patterns, trends and opportunities for diagnosis and prediction.
- Design scalable AI applications using established frameworks, standards and architectural patterns.

- AI Solutions Development and Implementation
- Lead the development, implementation and support of advanced automation applications and digital services.
- Manage solution delivery through all phases of the Solutions Development Life Cycle.
- Participate in functional design, process design, scenario development, process mapping, prototyping, testing and training.
- Supervise application modifications, including coding, testing, debugging and installation activities.
- Coordinate with programmers, engineers and business stakeholders to identify system improvements and technical requirements.
- Ensure developed solutions meet functional specifications and business objectives.
- Support integration between applications and enterprise systems while maintaining data availability, integrity and service continuity.
- Develop secure, fit-for-purpose software applications in accordance with ADNOC Group Digital standards.
- Document solution architectures, implementation outcomes and lessons learned.
- Digital Strategy and Tactical Planning
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and Group Digital management to translate advanced automation strategies into practical solutions and services.
- Contribute to periodic reviews of the Group Digital Strategy.
- Ensure digital initiatives remain aligned with business requirements and short-, medium- and long-term organizational plans.
- Support the translation of strategic objectives and technology roadmaps into actionable departmental plans.
- Coordinate with other Digital departments and sections to support consistent implementation of strategic initiatives
