We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master – Banking / Financial Services & Salesforce CRM with a strong background in Agile delivery, Scrum methodologies, Salesforce CRM programs, stakeholder management, team facilitation, and banking or financial services environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for enabling high-performing Agile teams delivering Salesforce CRM and banking transformation initiatives, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing delivery impediments, coaching teams on Agile principles, and ensuring effective collaboration between Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Salesforce Teams, Technology Teams, Engineering Teams, QA, and other delivery functions.

This is a hands-on Scrum Master position requiring someone who has previously supported or led Agile delivery within Salesforce CRM implementation, enhancement, migration, integration, or transformation programs, ideally within Banking, Financial Services, Fin Tech, or other complex financial technology environments.

The role does not require the Scrum Master to operate as a Salesforce Developer or Administrator; however, candidates must have sufficient Salesforce CRM delivery experience to understand Salesforce delivery life cycles, CRM requirements, integrations, releases, dependencies, environments, and collaboration across Salesforce functional and technical teams.

The role requires strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work across business and technology teams, manage competing priorities and dependencies, and ensure Agile teams consistently deliver against agreed sprint, CRM, and product objectives.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced Scrum Masters who can combine Agile leadership, Salesforce CRM delivery, banking domain knowledge, team coaching, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise transformation experience within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.

• Act as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile squads supporting Salesforce CRM, banking, digital, and technology transformation initiatives
• Lead Agile delivery across Salesforce CRM implementation, enhancement, integration, and transformation work streams
• Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions
• Work closely with Product Owners, Salesforce Product Managers, Business Analysts, Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Architects, QA Engineers, and integration teams
• Support Product Owners in maintaining well-defined, prioritized, and delivery-ready Salesforce CRM product backlogs
• Support Agile teams in defining and achieving clear Sprint Goals and delivery commitments
• Identify, track, escal­ate, and remove impediments, blockers, risks, and delivery dependencies
• Coordinate dependencies across Salesforce, CRM, API/integration, digital channels, core banking, data, security, and other technology teams
• Coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, continuous improvement, self-organization, and effective ways of working
• Promote Agile best practices and ensure Scrum processes are consistently understood and followed across delivery teams
• Facilitate collaboration between Business, Product, Salesforce CRM, Technology, Engineering, QA, Architecture, Security, Operations, and external implementation partners
• Work with Product Owners and delivery stakeholders to improve backlog quality, user stories, acceptance criteria, estimation, prioritization, and sprint readiness
• Support effective management of Salesforce releases, sprint deliverables, dependencies, defects, testing, and production-readiness activities
• Track and communicate Agile delivery metrics including velocity, sprint progress, burndown, cycle time, blockers, dependencies, and delivery risks
• Provide clear visibility of delivery status, risks, issues, and dependencies to senior business and technology stakeholders
• Facilitate effective retrospectives and ensure agreed improvement actions are implemented
• Support effective release planning, roadmap alignment, sprint execution, and delivery coordination
• Work within the bank's governance, risk, compliance, security, and technology delivery frameworks
