We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of technology, data and digital transformation projects by gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements and translating them into clear functional and technical specifications.
The successful candidate will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring that business needs are accurately understood, documented and translated into effective solutions.
The role requires strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, stakeholder management, documentation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), with an understanding of data, reporting and technology systems.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on complex IT, data or business transformation initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Requirements Gathering:
Engage with business stakeholders to identify, analyse, document and validate business, functional and non-functional requirements. - Business Analysis Documentation:
Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements
