Sports Management IT System Operator - Arabic Speaker

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented System Operator to manage and administer our proprietary Sports Management System. The operator will be responsible for the daily execution of operational workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and performing system tasks to support sports management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage operational modules within the Sports Management System platform.
- Create, configure, and maintain tournament schedules, match details, and daily activity logs.
- Execute day-to-day data entry tasks, including creating new days and adding respective events.
- Extract and export system data for reporting and analysis.
- Monitor system performance and user workflows to ensure seamless operation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot basic system queries and update configurations.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience working in IT operations, systems administration, or enterprise ERP environments.
- Proficiency in handling dynamic system modules, data management, and data exports.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to learn new proprietary software modules within one business day.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior experience with sports management systems or similar IT platforms is highly desirable.
