CyberArk Specialist - Banking; m​/f​/d

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Ark Specialist to lead the implementation, administration, and optimization of enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions within a highly regulated environment.

This role will be responsible for securing privileged accounts, managing access governance, enhancing identity security controls, and supporting the organization's cybersecurity strategy through the effective use of Cyber Ark technologies. The successful candidate will play a key role in protecting critical systems, reducing insider threats, and ensuring compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Cyber Ark PAM, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Security, Security Operations, and Cybersecurity Governance
, with experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments.

• Administer, configure, and maintain the Cyber Ark Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform.

• Manage privileged account onboarding, credential rotation, vault management, and privileged session monitoring.

• Design and implement privileged access controls across critical business applications, infrastructure, and cloud platforms.

• Support the onboarding of servers, databases, network devices, applications, and service accounts into Cyber Ark.

• Configure and maintain Cyber Ark components including:

  • Password Vault Web Access (PVWA)
  • Central Policy Manager (CPM)
  • Privileged Session Manager (PSM)
  • Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA)
  • Cyber Ark Vault

• Ensure secure authentication and authorization controls for privileged users.

• Monitor privileged activities and investigate unauthorized access attempts or policy violations.

• Support privileged access reviews, recertification exercises, and audit activities.

• Develop and maintain Cyber Ark policies, standards, procedures, and operational documentation.

• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security, and application teams to implement PAM controls.

• Support security incident investigations involving privileged accounts and access management controls.

• Perform platform upgrades, patching, troubleshooting, and performance optimization activities.

• Identify opportunities to automate PAM processes and improve operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, cybersecurity standards, and internal security policies.

• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management, Privileged Access Management, or Information Security.

• Strong expertise in:

  • Cyber Ark PAM
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM)

  • Security Governance

• Hands-on experience administering:

  • PVWA
  • CPM
  • PSM
  • PTA
  • Cyber Ark Vault

• Experience onboarding and managing privileged accounts across enterprise environments.

• Strong understanding of:

  • Windows Server
  • Linux/Unix Administration
  • Network Security

• Experience integrating Cyber Ark with:

  • Active Directory
  • SIEM Platforms
  • ITSM Solutions
  • Cloud Platforms

• Understanding of privileged account lifecycle management and least-privilege principles.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Experience working within enterprise security and compliance frameworks.

• Banking, financial services, government, or other highly regulated industry experience.

• Experience with:

  • Cyber Ark Privilege Cloud
  • Cyber Ark Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM)
  • Cyber Ark Secrets Manager
  • Cyber Ark Identity

• Exposure to cloud security platforms including Azure and AWS.

• Knowledge of Zero Trust security architectures.
