Oracle HCM Functional Consultant Job Abu Dhabi area,UAE/Dubai,IT/Tech

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with 10–13 years of experience to join our team in Abu Dhabi
.

Key Responsibilities

Provide production support for Oracle Fusion HCM applications and resolve functional issues within agreed SLAs.
Work closely with HR/business stakeholders to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions.
Participate in new Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and rollouts
, from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
Support configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization activities.
Prepare functional documentation, process flows, test scenarios, and user guidance.
Coordinate with technical/integration teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend Oracle best practices.

Mandatory Module Expertise Strong hands-on experience in:

Oracle Fusion Core HR
Oracle Fusion Absence Management
Oracle Fusion Talent Management
Oracle Redwood User Experience – Adoption, enablement, and rollout

The candidate should have experience supporting and/or implementing Oracle Recruiting Cloud, including:

Recruiting business processes and configurations
Requisition s and candidate management
Recruiting workflows and approvals
Functional issue analysis and resolution
Support for ORC enhancements and rollouts
User adoption and business-user support

Redwood Experience

Experience with
Oracle Redwood UX is highly desirable, particularly:

Redwood feature adoption
Supporting Redwood-enabled HCM pages and processes
Business-user enablement and adoption
Planning and executing Redwood rollouts
Identifying functional/process impacts during Redwood adoption

Required Skills & Experience

10–13 years of overall experience in Oracle HCM.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
.
Excellent functional knowledge of Core HR, Absence, and Talent
.
Experience in production support environments with SLA-driven incident resolution.
Experience participating in Oracle Fusion HCM rollouts/implementations
.
Ability to independently analyze functional issues and provide solutions.
Strong experience working with HR business stakeholders and end users.
Good understanding of Oracle HCM integrations and dependencies with other HCM modules.
Experience with testing, defect management, release management, and deployment activities.
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Oracle Redwood UX adoption and rollout
.
Experience with Oracle quarterly releases and impact assessment.
Experience working on global/multi-country HCM implementations.
Knowledge of Oracle HCM reporting, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
Exposure to Oracle HCM security and role management.
Experience working with offshore/onshore delivery teams.
