Networking: TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, and Network Troubleshooting.
Support: L2/L3 Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis.
Strong hands-on experience with Fortinet, F5, and Palo Alto technologies.
L2/L3-level expertise in network security operations and troubleshooting.
Good knowledge of firewall administration, VPN, security policies, and load balancing.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network protocols.
Experience handling complex incidents, root cause analysis, and network security infrastructure.
Banking sector experience is preferred.
