As an Assistant Manager – Cloud & Infrastructure Services supporting advanced cloud and on-premise infrastructure in Abu Dhabi with IT People Gulf, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of IT infrastructure activities, cloud management platforms, and project deployments. Your day-to-day responsibilities include assessing, designing, planning, and deploying infrastructure projects in alignment with organizational policies, interfacing regularly with Network Administrators and Technical Services leadership, and monitoring internal and client-facing systems in Azure and cloud-based environments.

You will also oversee business performance metrics, plan and coordinate IT activities to guarantee maximum application uptime, and manage vital customer and partner relations. • Configure, manage, and optimize Cloud Management services and hybrid infrastructure encompassing both cloud and on-premise environments.
• Assess, design, plan, and execute IT infrastructure projects efficiently in strict alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
• Monitor and support internal and client-facing enterprise systems deployed in Microsoft Azure and other cloud-based technologies.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate all IT infrastructure activities to ensure maximum uptime, reliability, and availability of applications and systems.
• Interface regularly with internal teams, external partners, Network Administrators, and Technical Services leadership.
• Manage customer and partner relations, ensuring high satisfaction and alignment with service delivery standards.
• Oversee business performance metrics, operational reporting, and capacity planning across cloud and data center resources.
• Ensure strict adherence to enterprise security baselines, change control procedures, and IT governance frameworks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cloud Computing, Network Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 6 to 8 years of progressive professional experience in IT infrastructure management, cloud services, or enterprise systems administration.
• Strong hands‑on operational expertise in Microsoft Azure administration, cloud management platforms, and hybrid infrastructure.
• Proven track record assessing, designing, planning, and deploying large‑scale cloud and infrastructure projects.
