System Administrator | UAE

We are actively seeking an experienced, high-caliber, and technical System Administrator to join our enterprise information technology team in Abu Dhabi, UAE on a full-time permanent on-site basis. In this critical IT infrastructure role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting enterprise IT systems, Microsoft 365 cloud services, server environments, virtualization platforms, and advanced cloud security protocols. You will leverage your strong background in Active Directory, Azure portals, VMware virtualization, Dell VxRail storage, and Power Shell automation to deliver uncompromised system uptime, data integrity, and operational efficiency.

As a System Administrator supporting advanced enterprise IT infrastructure in Abu Dhabi, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of server administration, identity management, cloud tenancy governance, and disaster recovery execution. Your day-to-day responsibilities include administering Microsoft 365 services and Exchange Online, managing Active Directory user accounts and group permissions, executing Power Shell scripting for process automation, and deploying endpoint compliance via Microsoft Intune (MDM).

You will also oversee VMware and Dell VxRail virtual machine operations, maintain production and development SQL clusters, execute backup management using Dell IDPA and Avamar, and manage Citrix Cloud environments (Xen App, Xen Mobile, Net Scaler). Furthermore, you will manage application requirements via direct email to recruitment5vices, ensuring strict compliance with IT service management standards and SLA tracking.

• Administer and maintain enterprise Microsoft 365 services, Exchange Online tenants, email security, and compliance policies.
• Manage Active Directory (AD) infrastructure including user provisioning, group policies, access permissions, and operations.
• Administer Microsoft Azure Portal resources, cloud security baselines, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
• Develop and execute advanced Power Shell scripts for workflow automation, reporting, and routine administrative tasks.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Intune (MDM), Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint collaboration platforms.
• Execute Exchange migrations, compliance archiving, and advanced email threat protection rules.
• Administer Windows Server operating systems, enterprise file servers, DFS, and active storage repositories.
• Manage VMware ESXi, vCenter, Dell VxRail hyper-converged infrastructure, and virtual machine life cycles.
• Provision, monitor, and optimize production and development SQL database server clusters.
• Execute enterprise backup management, replication, and disaster recovery restoration using Dell IDPA and Avamar.
• Oversee Microsoft SCCM deployment, security patch management, and periodic infrastructure health checks.
• Administer Citrix Cloud infrastructure including Xen App, Xen Mobile, and Net Scaler application delivery controllers.
• Provide responsive IT help desk support, incident management, root-cause troubleshooting, and SLA compliance tracking.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 4+ years of progressive professional experience in enterprise System Administration and IT infrastructure support.
• Deep practical operational expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, Exchange Online, and Azure cloud services.
