SAP Solutions Senior Manager

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to lead and support the design, implementation, and optimisation of SAP solutions. The successful candidate will bring deep functional and/or technical expertise across SAP modules relevant to operations, including logistics, asset management, procurement, finance, and human resources. You will work closely with client stakeholders, programme managers, and technical teams to deliver mission-critical SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation and support projects
- Gather and translate complex business requirements into SAP functional and technical specifications
- Configure, test, and deploy SAP modules in line with SAP standards and regulatory frameworks
- Provide subject matter expertise across relevant SAP modules
- Liaise with stakeholders to manage expectations and drive solution adoption
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT)- Ensure data integrity, security compliance, and audit readiness across all SAP environments
- Contribute to solution architecture design and continuous improvement initiatives

HANA, SAP BTP, SAP PI/PO / Integration Suite, SAP Fiori Essential Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) delivering SAP solutions in highly regulated environments
- Deep functional expertise in at least three of the relevant SAP modules
- Understanding of procurement frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at senior/executive level- SAP certification in one or more relevant modules (desirable)
