Job Description5+ years of experience in Banking Technology, Regulatory Reporting, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics.
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, Data Bricks will be an added advantage.
- Hands‑on experience in data analysis, report automation, dashboard development, and data integration across multiple source systems
- Experience in developing, implementing, and supporting regulatory reporting solutions within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or similar platforms.
- Hands‑on experience with Business Intelligence and Reporting tools such as Power BI, OBIEE, Tableau, Qlik View/Qlik Sense, or equivalent platforms.
- Good knowledge of Data Modeling, Data Governance, Data Quality Management, and Data Reconciliation processes.
- Knowledge of reporting automation, workflow management, and system integration concepts.
- Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as Python, SQL, Power Shell, or equivalent for automation and data analysis.
- Understanding information security, data privacy, and banking technology standards.
- Experience in preparing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, and Production Validation for reporting applications and dashboards.
