Data Scientist / AI Scientist | Abu Dhabi, UAE
Are you passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and building AI solutions that solve real-world challenges? We're looking for an experienced Data / AI Scientist to join an innovative AI team and contribute to the development and deployment of advanced AI solutions.
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Experience: 5-7+ years
Qualification: Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and deploy advanced Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
- Build end-to-end ML pipelines, from data collection and feature engineering to production deployment and monitoring.
- Participate in technical workshops to understand business needs and propose tailored AI solutions.
- Develop scalable, secure, and reliable AI solutions for complex operational environments.
- Communicate technical findings, model performance, and business value to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Follow best practices in MLOps, cybersecurity, data privacy, and ethical AI.
- Strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Statistics
. - Hands-on experience with Tensor Flow and/or Py Torch .
- Understanding of RAG and MCP principles
. - Practical experience with MLOps, MLflow, Docker, Git Lab, CI/CD, and production ML deployment
. - Strong knowledge of SQL and database technologies, with exposure to No
SQL. - Mandatory hands-on experience with Jira, Agile, Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, and Sonar
. - Experience with client-facing technical workshops and stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of data security, privacy, and sovereignty requirements is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A proactive mindset, high autonomy, and a collaborative approach.
- Fluency in English;
French and/or Arabic is an advantage.
