As a Program Manager specializing in AI & Data Transformation based on-site in Abu Dhabi, UAE, you will take full operational, tactical, and strategic ownership of enterprise AI adoption roadmaps, data engineering pipelines, large team leadership, and executive stakeholder alignment. Your day-to-day responsibilities include orchestrating end-to-end digital transformation programs, directing cross-functional squads of data scientists, data engineers, and MLOps specialists, managing financial budgets and resource allocation, enforcing data governance and regulatory compliance frameworks, and driving commercial/SME banking innovation initiatives.

You will utilize your proactive problem-solving and executive leadership skills to resolve complex programmatic bottlenecks under strict enterprise service level agreements. Furthermore, you will manage application requirements, ensuring strict compliance with the 18+ years of experience and maximum 30-day notice period requirements.

• Lead and direct end-to-end enterprise AI, Generative AI (GenAI), machine learning, and data transformation programs from inception to delivery.
• Drive strategic data architecture modernization, cloud data platform deployments, and digital transformation roadmaps across banking divisions.
• Manage complex multi-project portfolios, comprehensive program budgets, financial forecasting, and enterprise resource allocation.
