As a Lead Security Architect based on-site in Abu Dhabi, UAE, you will take full operational, tactical, and strategic ownership of enterprise security architecture, multi-cloud defense strategies, threat intelligence integration, and security governance frameworks. Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing robust Azure security architectures, implementing Microsoft Defender Suite and Microsoft Purview, deploying Cyber Ark privileged access management, configuring advanced SIEM/SOAR solutions, managing Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) and Cloud‑Native Application Protection Platforms (CNAPP), and driving Zero Trust Architecture adoption across global enterprise environments.

You will utilize your proactive problem-solving and executive leadership skills to resolve complex security bottlenecks under strict regulatory standards.

• Design, architect, deploy, and govern comprehensive enterprise cybersecurity frameworks and Zero Trust Architecture principles.
• Architect and optimize cloud security controls utilizing Azure Security, CSPM, and CNAPP capabilities.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Defender Suite, Microsoft Purview, and advanced threat protection mechanisms.
• Deploy and oversee Cyber Ark privileged access management (PAM) and secure credential vaulting solutions.
• Configure, tune, and manage enterprise SIEM and SOAR platforms for automated threat detection and incident response.
• Conduct rigorous security posture assessments, risk evaluations, and cloud architecture reviews across multi-tenant environments.
• Provide expert technical leadership, mentorship, and security guidance to multidisciplinary engineering and SOC teams.
• Author meticulous architectural blueprints, security compliance frameworks, risk assessment reports, and executive advisory briefs.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive professional experience in cybersecurity, enterprise security architecture, and cloud defense.
• Strong, demonstrable hands‑on expertise in Azure Security, Microsoft Defender Suite, and Microsoft Purview governance.
• Deep practical experience deploying Cyber Ark privileged access solutions and enterprise SIEM/SOAR platforms.
• Practical knowledge of Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), CNAPP, and Zero Trust Architecture frameworks.
• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, architectural design, and executive leadership capabilities.
