As a Lead Specialist - IAM based on-site in Abu Dhabi, UAE, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of enterprise identity and access management platforms, lifecycle governance, privileged access security, and authentication frameworks. Your day-to-day responsibilities include architecting Microsoft Entra  (formerly Azure AD) environments, implementing SailPoint identity governance solutions, managing Cyber Ark PAM deployments, configuring MFA, SSO, and RBAC policies, automating user lifecycle provisioning, and collaborating with security and compliance teams.

You will utilize your proactive troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills to resolve complex IAM bottlenecks under strict enterprise security standards. • Design, architect, deploy, and manage comprehensive enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Administer Microsoft Entra t configurations, conditional access policies, and enterprise identity federation.
• Implement and maintain SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) workflows and automated provisioning.
• Deploy and oversee Cyber Ark Privileged Access Management (PAM) vaulting, session recording, and credential rotation.
• Configure multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), and role-based access control (RBAC) mechanisms.
• Conduct regular access reviews, privilege audits, and identity compliance reconciliations across enterprise applications.
• Provide expert technical guidance and operational support for IAM integrations with cloud and on-premise systems.
• Author meticulous technical documentation, IAM operational runbooks, architecture diagrams, and compliance audit reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 8+ years of progressive professional experience in cybersecurity, specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Strong, demonstrable hands-on operational expertise in Microsoft Entra , SailPoint, and Cyber Ark PAM platforms.
• Practical knowledge of multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), federation protocols (SAML, OIDC), and RBAC.
• Solid understanding of identity governance, regulatory compliance, and audit requirements.
• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities under active enterprise environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong stakeholder collaboration and documentation abilities.
• Mandatory UAE physical residency and current availability in the UAE (immediate joiners to candidates available within 30 days preferred).

• Professional certifications such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), Microsoft Certified:
  Identity and Access Administrator Associate, or CISSP.
• Prior professional working experience in top-tier technology consulting firms, banking institutions, or large enterprise environments in the GCC.
• Familiarity with API integrations, Power Shell scripting, and automated identity workflows.
• Direct exposure to zero trust identity strategies and passwordless authentication implementations.
