Focus Infotech is actively seeking an experienced, high-caliber, and technical Cloud and M365 Engineer with 6+ years of progressive professional experience in Microsoft 365 administration, identity management, Azure cloud services, and endpoint security to join our client operations team on a full-time permanent on-site basis in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this critical cloud administration and managed operations role, you will be responsible for administering, securing, and optimizing client-approved M365 environments, Azure cloud workloads, and endpoint security services during post-migration validation and ongoing managed operations.

As a Cloud and M365 Engineer supporting Focus Infotech in Abu Dhabi, UAE, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of post-migration validation, cloud administration, tenant security governance, and managed operations across enterprise environments (noting that tenant migration is explicitly excluded from this operational scope). Your day-to-day responsibilities include administering, securing, and maintaining client-approved Microsoft 365 services, Azure cloud infrastructure, identity and access management (IAM) platforms, and endpoint security solutions, coordinating closely with remote Cloud Ops engineering squads during post-migration validation and ongoing managed support cycles, configuring and enforcing robust security baselines, conditional access policies, multi‑factor authentication (MFA), and threat protection mechanisms, monitoring cloud telemetry, system health, and service performance to proactively identify and resolve operational anomalies, collaborating seamlessly with cross‑functional IT infrastructure, security, and client stakeholder squads in Agile sprint cycles, conducting rigorous vulnerability assessments, patch management, and compliance audits across M365 and Azure platforms, preparing comprehensive technical documentation of system configurations, operational runbooks, and incident response procedures, and managing application requirements ensuring strict compliance with the 6+ years experience requirement and Abu Dhabi on‑site presence.

You will utilize your proactive troubleshooting and analytical problem‑solving skills to resolve complex cloud and identity anomalies under strict service level agreements. • Administer, secure, and maintain client-approved Microsoft 365 services, Azure cloud resources, and endpoint infrastructure.
