Dicetek LLC is seeking a Banking UAT and Data Reconciliation Analyst to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data validation and reporting activities for Power BI (PBI), MDP, SUMIX and Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) projects in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role involves translating business requirements into test scenarios, performing system testing and independently reconciling data across relevant applications and reporting systems.
The successful candidate will support multiple FTP UAT runs, identify data discrepancies, coordinate issue resolution with IT and business teams, and contribute to the automation of reporting and reconciliation activities. The position also requires strong analytical skills, an understanding of banking business processes and the ability to deliver accurate testing and reporting outputs within agreed timelines.

- Execute system testing activities and document testing results.
- Identify discrepancies between expected and actual system outputs.
- Coordinate with IT and relevant business teams to investigate and resolve testing issues.
- Support repeated UAT cycles and related validation activities.
- Perform independent data reconciliations across MDP, SUMIX, FTP and related systems.
- Validate data accuracy and consistency across relevant applications.
- Investigate reconciliation differences and identify potential data gaps.
- Highlight identified issues to IT and responsible business teams.
- Support reconciliation between data warehouse information and relevant reporting applications.
- Maintain clear records of reconciliation findings and outstanding issues.
- Contribute to timely resolution of data discrepancies during UAT.
- Support testing activities associated with Funds Transfer Pricing processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of end-to-end FTP validation across multiple UAT runs.
- Review relevant FTP data and system outputs for consistency.
- Identify data or process issues affecting FTP testing.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve identified discrepancies.
- Provide additional analytical and operational support to the FTP department as required.
- Support management of information associated with Funds Transfer Pricing, Accounting, Power BI and MDP systems.
- Identify opportunities to maximise automation of reports and UAT reconciliation processes.
- Support reporting and reconciliation activities involving the data warehouse, SUMIX, MDP, FTP and PBI.
- Validate report outputs against relevant business and data requirements.
- Assist in improving the efficiency and accuracy of recurring reporting activities.
