Ready to spearhead an end-to-end Greenfield SAP transformation for one of the UAE’s premier enterprise groups?
Role SummaryYou will be the client-side HR Design Authority responsible for guiding a major HR transformation. You will provide hands-on functional expertise, validate implementation partner deliverables, and ensure solution quality across HR, Payroll, and IT.
Key Responsibilities- Review and challenge implementation partner designs, enforcing SAP best practices.
- Lead fit-gap workshops, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, cutover, and hypercare.
- Manage RBP, workflows, data privacy, and integrations with S/4
HANA Cloud and third-party tools. - Redesign HR processes to standardize capabilities and minimize custom builds.
- 5+ years of hands-on Success Factors configuration; minimum 1 full end-to-end implementation (EC + Talent/Time/Payroll).
- SAP Success Factors Employee Central certification preferred.
- Strong vendor governance, data migration, RBP, and stakeholder management skills.
- UAE/GCC HR/Payroll localization experience is an advantage.
