We're looking for a senior Project Manager to lead construction digitization and digital transformation programs for construction and real estate clients. You will own delivery end-to-end and be the main point of contact for client stakeholders, from kickoff through go-live and adoption.
Key Responsibilities- leading the delivery of digital transformation projects such as ERP, project controls, and construction management platforms for construction companies
- acting as the main point of contact for clients
- defining scope, plans, budgets, and timelines
- coordinating internal teams and technology partners
- driving user adoption through change management and training
- identifying risks early
- reporting progress to leadership
- 10+ years of project management experience in construction digitization or digital transformation like ERP implementation
- proven client-facing delivery on complex programs
- strong understanding of construction workflows like project controls, procurement, cost and document management
- mandatory Arabic and English fluency
- current UAE residency
- preferred PMP or PRINCE2 certification with familiarity in platforms like Oracle, SAP, Primavera, Procore, or Aconex
