We are seeking a highly motivated Specialist - Information Technology (Oracle EBS Technical Function) to support the development, maintenance, enhancement, and technical administration of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions supporting enterprise and aviation MRO operations. The successful candidate will provide hands-on technical expertise across Oracle EBS custom development, integrations, reports, workflows, interfaces, and system support while ensuring performance, security, reliability, and compliance with IT governance standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, modify, test, and maintain Oracle EBS custom components, reports, personalizations, and extensions. Develop and support RICEW components including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows. Utilize PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and Oracle Workflow to deliver technical solutions.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle EBS and internal/external systems.
Provide technical support for Oracle EBS incidents, service requests, and production issues. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Monitor the performance of Oracle EBS components, database objects, interfaces, and reports. Optimize SQL queries, PL/SQL packages, concurrent programs, reports, and interfaces.
Collaboration:
Prepare and maintain technical specifications, code documentation, test scripts, and deployment instructions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5-7 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite technical development and application support.
- Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and Oracle Workflow.
- Experience developing and supporting RICEW components.
