Digital operations manager

1. A sales or presales mindset to increase the number of transactions in a region like Oman.

2. Driving these numbers by identifying possible process or operations reengineering to enhance the product by onboarding new customers and enhancing their customer journey.

The person must understand

1. How a remittance app works.

2. What to do to improve its penetration in a market like Oman, which is very slow.

3. For this, they need good coordination with the Oman country operations, products team, growth marketing team, IT team, and customer support team.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in digital operations, fintech, or remittance/payments, ideally with app-based products. And an overall 10+ years of experience would be idea
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience identifying partners/products and negotiating and structuring commercial agreement
• Strong analytical skills with experience in MIS, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
• Working knowledge of incident escalation, UAT/testing processes, and basic understanding of payment rails/F
• Experience coordinating with Product and Tech teams (Agile/Scrum exposure is an advantage
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across regulatory, vendor, partner, and internal team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment with on-call availability for critical incidents.
