Dicetek LLC is seeking a Service Now Discovery and Service Mapping Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on engineering and maintaining automated Configuration Management Database (CMDB) population, infrastructure discovery and service mapping capabilities within the Service Now platform. Working closely with Observability teams, CMDB stewards, process owners and the Digital Workplace function, the successful candidate will configure Service Now Discovery, manage MID Server requirements, troubleshoot Service Mapping issues and support reliable configuration data across enterprise technology environments.

The position requires practical experience with Service Now Discovery patterns, schedules, credentials, network prerequisites, Common Service Data Model (CSDM) concepts and Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) controls. The engineer will implement approved data models and reconciliation requirements while maintaining secure discovery operations, preventing duplicate configuration items and producing traceable evidence of configuration accuracy.
