• b 1 AFC Systems amp Technical Integration b Assist in the implementation integration and testing of Automated Fare Collection systems Support AFC devices ticket validators ticketing applications and Central Back Office systems Participate in system testing integration validation and technical troubleshooting Assist in identifying and resolving hardware and software integration issues
• b 2 IT Operations amp Technical Support b Monitor system performance availability and operational efficiency Support technical troubleshooting incident investigation and issue resolution Maintain accurate technical documentation system reports and incident records Assist engineering teams in ensuring reliable day-to-day system operations

• b Education amp Academic Background b Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science Software Engineering Artificial Intelligence Cybersecurity or a closely related discipline Graduates from Khalifa University are highly preferred Good academic performance and GPA Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
