.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for AV systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain audio-visual equipment, including projectors, displays, video conferencing systems, microphones, and speakers.
- Diagnose and resolve AV-related technical issues promptly.
- Support meetings, presentations, and video conferences to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to deliver excellent service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in AV support, installation, or maintenance.
- Good knowledge of AV equipment, video conferencing systems, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
