BI Developer

We are seeking a skilled BI Developer to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will leverage 4-6 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and analytical reports that align with business requirements, driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Design, develop, test, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
- Create and optimize data models, dataflows, and DAX calculations
- Integrate data from multiple sources using ETL processes
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and performance tuning
- Monitor and troubleshoot BI solutions, implementing enhancements as needed
- Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and best practices
- Document BI solutions, processes and technical specifications
- 4-6 years of experience as a BI Developer or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including Power Query, Power Pivot, and DAX
- Strong knowledge of data modeling and SQL
- Experience with ETL processes and integrating data from multiple sources
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and data warehousing concepts
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
