Local Implementation Manager; LIM; Sales
We are looking for an experienced Local Implementation Manager (LIM) to play a key role in a large-scale SAP transformation program that will shape the future of our automotive operations.
Job Purpose:
The Local Implementation Manager (LIM) plays a critical role in driving business readiness and adoption for a major SAP transformation program. Acting as the key link between business stakeholders and the SAP Programme Team, the LIM ensures operational requirements, regulatory obligations, and business objectives are fully aligned throughout the implementation journey. This role is responsible for coordinating business requirements, stakeholder engagement, testing, training, data readiness, and go-live preparation to support a smooth and successful SAP rollout.
The LIM works closely with business leaders, process owners, and key users to ensure the organization is prepared for change, while promoting standardized SAP processes and sustainable business adoption.
- Gather, validate, challenge, and prioritize business requirements.
- Ensure local operational, regulatory, tax, and compliance requirements are captured.
- Promote SAP standard processes while managing approved local exceptions.
- Coordinate business review and approval of future-state processes.
- Serve as the primary business contact for the SAP programme.
- Own and manage the business readiness plan.
- Lead local change management and business engagement activities.
- Coordinate data cleansing, validation, and migration readiness.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) readiness and execution.
- Lead business cutover planning, go-live activities, and hypercare support.
At least one full SAP rollout, from design to hypercare, as LIM, key user lead or functional consultant. Previous experience as a Local Implementation Manager, SAP Functional Consultant, Key User Lead, Business Transformation Lead, or similar role. Automotive dealership experience preferred. UAE/GCC experience preferred. Working knowledge of SAP SD, SAP VSS, and SAP C4C processes is highly desirable.
