- Administer and maintain Domain Controllers, Organizational Units (OUs) & User and Group Management
- Monitor and troubleshoot Active Directory replication and authentication issues
- Conduct routine Active Directory health checks and maintenance activities
- Support domain security hardening and compliance initiatives
- Design, implement, and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
- Implement security policies and system restrictions using GPOs
- Administer and manage Enterprise Veeam Backup & Replication infrastructure
- Conduct restore testing and disaster recovery exercises and optimize backup performance
- Manage backup repositories, retention policies, and storage utilization
- Monitor server, Domain Controller & Backup infrastructure availability and performance
- Provide Level 2 / Level 3 technical support for infrastructure-related incidents
- Experience with Azure AD / Microsoft Entra (plus)
- Microsoft Certified:
Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent Microsoft certifications - Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE)
- Basic Power Shell scripting knowledge
- Familiarity with virtualization and storage technologies
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good problem-solving and incident management capabilities
- Effective communication and technical documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
