Senior IT Engineer - Executive Level

- Provide IT and desktop support to senior executives, VIP users, and top management
- Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, software, hardware, and network issues
- Support Windows OS, MS Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and other IT applications
- Handle IT incidents, service requests, installations, and configurations
- Provide onsite and remote technical support with minimal downtime
- Coordinate with internal IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain professional communication and deliver excellent customer service
- Experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, End User Support, or Executive/VIP IT Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, hardware, software, and basic networking.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance, presentation, and ability to interact confidently with senior management.
- Ability to handle confidential information and urgent IT issues.
- Must be based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews in Abu Dhabi.
