IT Support is responsible to aid, providing maintenance and support regarding the IT needs of the royal family inside their home.
He/she is responsible to perform regular check-ups or inspections in networking devices, AV infrastructure, and other IT/AV related peripherals.
- Provides technical assistance and troubleshooting on hardware/software issues.
- Ensure printer management configuration and other scanning devices.
- Setting up Apple devices (Laptop, IPAD, Mobile phones & Apple TV) and AV systems including other peripherals
- Doing backup & restoration of IOS platform devices if required
Qualifications Diploma/ Degree in in computer science, information technology, or similar.
Minimum years of experience 2-5 years’ experience as an IT support specialist
Skills and Competencies- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
- Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
- Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security.
- Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support
