We are seeking a Consulting Manager to lead strategy and digital transformation engagements for our clients in Abu Dhabi In this role you will oversee multi-disciplinary teams drive impactful consulting solutions and foster strong client relationships to deliver measurable business outcomes
ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end consulting projects across strategy digital and domain-specific initiatives
Develop and present strategic roadmaps digital transformation plans and technical solutions to C-level stakeholders
Manage project budgets schedules risk mitigation and resource allocation to ensure on-time on-budget delivery
Cultivate and strengthen client relationships through regular communication executive briefings and value-driven insights
Mentor coach and develop junior consultants to build high-performing teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams IT operations finance to integrate consulting deliverables into client organizations
Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities preparing proposals and supporting pitch activities
Master s degree or MBA from a recognized institution
Professional certifications such as PMP Prince2 or relevant digital credentials
Prior experience in sector-specific consulting domains energy government financial services Familiarity with emerging technologies including IoT blockchain and machine learning
Arabic language proficiency
Willingness to travel regionally as required

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field8 10 years of consulting experience with a minimum of 2 years in a management or team lead role Demonstrated expertise in strategy development, digital transformation, and technical consulting methodologies
In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, frameworks, and digital technologies (data analytics, cloud, AI)
Proven track record of managing large-scale consulting engagements in Abu Dhabi or the GCC region
Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Ability to analyze complex business problems and deliver actionable, data-driven solutions
