We're building robots that work in the field, a live intelligence platform for cities, holographic race experiences, and Ana, an AI agent who remembers and grows across everything we make. It's all coming out of one office in Abu Dhabi, with a team of 80+ who show up because they want to be around each other while it gets built.
The stories coming out of that office are some of the most interesting in tech right now, and someone needs to make sure the world actually sees them. You'd join while the brand is still being shaped, and what you publish is what people will first learn about us.
What we’re looking for, and whySomeone who loves things running perfectly. You're the person who spots the wrong caption size before it goes live, keeps three content calendars straight in your head, and gets a quiet thrill from a clean monthly report.
We need a sharp operator who takes great content and makes sure it lands: formatted, scheduled, optimized, tracked.
What you’ll be working onSocial: Run up to three brand accounts across Instagram, Linked In, X, Tik Tok, and You Tube. You'll prep every asset, schedule posts for the right moment across time zones, manage paid boosts, and flag comments or messages that need a human.
Website: Keep our CMS fresh, links working, and job postings current. You'll improve SEO (including how we show up in AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity), connect web analytics to social, and run quarterly audits.
Coordination: Manage content calendars and deadlines, work with agencies and vendors around the world on merch and giveaways, and keep our One Drive and Notion tidy.
Reporting: Turn the numbers into monthly reports and clear recommendations on timing, formats, and audience.
You'll work close to the people building the things you're posting about. Robots are deployed and tested on-site, so your next piece of content might be walking around the office. There are no clock-ins or timesheets here, just a team that cares about the result.
It's also a role where your recommendations get used. The monthly insights you pull together shape what the CMO and design team make next.
Skills we need3 to 5 years in digital marketing or social media operations
Hands-on experience managing brand accounts on major social platforms
Solid grasp of social tools, algorithms, and ad systems
Experience with a scheduling tool (Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar)
Good understanding of SEO, analytics, and CMS management
Strong organization and attention to detail across multiple timelines
Excellent written and spoken English
Comfort with One Drive, Notion, or similar, plus basic design tools like Canva or Adobe Express
Bonus points:
Google Analytics, Search Console, or Meta Business Suite
Experience working with international vendors or agencies
Basic HTML or web troubleshooting
Curiosity about AI tools and how search and social visibility are changing
This role is for a doer, someone who loves getting their hands dirty on the operational side. If you'd rather set the creative strategy and leave the execution to others, it won't be a fit. The same goes if you want a fully remote or strict 9-to-5 setup, or if you need a lot of process handed to you. Here, you'll help build it.
