- Knowledge of ETL processes, data integration, data reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases, including SQL/PLSQL development and troubleshooting.
- Experience with API integrations, REST/SOAP services, and SFTP-based file transfers.
- Experience supporting applications hosted on Microsoft Azure and hybrid environments.
- Understanding of Credit Origination processes and applications.
- Knowledge of Regulatory reporting and Credit Life Cycle.
- Experience with application monitoring, incident management, and batch processing support.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
Minimum 7+ years
Required Skills *- Knowledge of ETL processes, data integration, data reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases, including SQL/PLSQL development and troubleshooting.
- Experience with API integrations, REST/SOAP services, and SFTP-based file transfers.
- Experience supporting applications hosted on Microsoft Azure and hybrid environments.
- Understanding of Credit Origination processes and applications.
- Knowledge of Regulatory reporting and Credit Life Cycle.
- Experience with application monitoring, incident management, and batch processing support.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
- 3-5 years of production support experience in banking or financial services.
- Experience supporting collateral management, lending, credit risk, or regulatory reporting applications.
- Experience working in a 24x7 support environment supporting business-critical applications.
- AWS / Microsoft Azure Cloud Certification – good to have
- SQL – PLSQL certification - preferred
- Relevant API or technology certification - preferred
