We are looking for an Arabic Content Specialist, experienced in Arabic translation, copywriting, or content production in a professional environment, to support our client, a forward-thinking brand and marketing agency based in Abu Dhabi
.
The Arabic Specialist is responsible for all Arabic-language content across the programme. This includes translation, Arabic copywriting, bilingual formatting quality control, and linguistic review of all Arabic-facing output. The role requires someone with native-level Arabic proficiency and an understanding of UAE government communications standards and formal Arabic usage in a professional context.
Requirements- Native-level Arabic proficiency is required
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Arabic translation, copywriting, or content production in a professional environment
- Strong written English proficiency is required
- Experience producing Arabic content for UAE government or public sector communications is required
- Understanding of Modern Standard Arabic and Gulf Arabic register differences is required
- Experience working within bilingual design and production workflows is required
- Translate and adapt content from English to Arabic across all programme channels and formats
- Write original Arabic copy for social media, newsletters, presentations, and internal communications
- Review and quality-check all Arabic output produced under the programme
- Ensure bilingual formatting is consistent and accurate across designed assets
- Advise on tone, terminology, and linguistic appropriateness for government and public-sector audiences
- Collaborate with designers to ensure Arabic text is correctly formatted within visual layouts
- Maintain terminology consistency across the programme
