Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification. Professional legal qualification, bar admission, or UAE/GCC legal exposure is preferred. Minimum 5-10 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate legal, commercial contracts, regulatory or governance support, or in-house legal advisory. Experience with technology, financial services, government-related entities, vendor contracting, procurement agreements, outsourcing or secondment arrangements, employment-related legal documentation, or regulated environments is an advantage.
