Zahrawi Group is a leading company in the GCC Healthcare Industry with its presence in UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, & Oman markets. The company supplies and distributes high-quality products and services to Hospitals, Clinics, Laboratories, & Analytical Industries.

The incumbent is accountable to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office and support the work of management and other staff.

Policies & Procedures:

• Adhere to all Zahrawi Policies & Procedures as applicable.

Transportation:

• Collecting letters & other documents from post office.
• Purchasing kitchen items and some local purchasing by monthly
• Vehicle test passing for renewing vehicle registration on time and to ensure vehicle insurance and registration is updated according to schedule.
• Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, tidy and in good working condition at all times.
• Ensure vehicle is given regular maintenance checks: check oil, water, battery, brakes, tires, etc.
• Pick up and drop off Company Guests whenever required.
• Transport products and materials securely to areas where they are needed.

Collection:

• Depositing Cheques in Bank.
• Depositing and collecting Transfers & Guarantee in Bank.
• Submission of Tender, enquiry & Letters to customer.
• Collection of LPO, Tender, Enquiry, & Contract from customers.

Administration

• Paying electricity & telephone bills.
• Collection of Cheques from customers if requested by accounts.
• Collecting and submitting reimbursement claims with Insurance company.

• Education: High School Degree
• Additional details:
  • Candidate should be willing to move to Company Visa
  • Candidate should be based in the UAE
• Experience: 2 – 4 years of experience
