Storekeeper

Responsibilities

• Receiving & Recording – Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery notes; record inventory levels, stock movements, and related transactions in the ERP system.
• Inventory Management – Monitor stock levels regularly and initiate replenishment to maintain optimal inventory availability.
• Outbound Operations – Prepare daily outbound orders, coordinate with relevant stakeholders, and ensure accurate and timely dispatch of goods.
• Process Improvement – Identify operational gaps and recommend process enhancements, automation opportunities, and workflow adjustments in line with company policies.
• Reporting – Generate reports to understand monthly/daily operation volumes and take necessary actions.
• Cycle Counts & Stock Accuracy – Conduct routine cycle counts and stock audits to ensure high inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Cross-Functional Coordination – Collaborate with Finance, Warehouse, Sales Operations, and other internal/external teams to ensure seamless data flow and alignment of inventory accuracy with overall business requirements.

Graduates with foundational understanding of supply chain operations, strong skills in driving compliance with warehouse SOPs, accurate tracking, and efficient material flow.
