Key Requirements- Minimum 18-20 years of experience in Procurement within EPC companies.
- Proven experience managing procurement activities for large-scale Oil & Gas / EPC projects with previous involvement in ADNOC projects.
- Strong understanding of ADNOC procurement procedures, vendor qualification, and project execution requirements.
- Strong knowledge of procurement planning, sourcing, tendering, vendor management, contract administration, and supply chain management.
- Experience with international and local suppliers, subcontractors, and procurement strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and commercial management skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- CIPS Level 4, 5, or 6 Diploma (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply).
- PMP (Project Management Professional) – Preferred.
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) – Preferred.
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) – Preferred.
- Certification in Contract Management or Commercial Management is an advantage.
