- Promote the best of noon culture, principles, and values across sites
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, facility management, or industrial engineering within e-commerce, logistics, or large-scale distribution environments
- Strong understanding of warehouse design, layout planning, and material handling systems (racking, conveyors, automation, etc.)
- Experience in capacity planning and translating demand forecasts into infrastructure requirements
- Hands‑on experience managing facility maintenance, uptime, and reliability programs
- Demonstrated track record of leading capex projects, site expansions, or greenfield setups
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with a data‑driven and execution‑focused mindset
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast‑paced, high-growth environment
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor management capabilities
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field
- We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.
- You need to be forward-thinking, detail-oriented, and highly execution-driven, with the ability to anticipate operational needs before they arise.
- We need people who can connect the dots between demand, infrastructure, and execution, and build systems that scale seamlessly.
- noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and build from scratch is essential.
