Driver Cum Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Paint mixing and tinting as per customer requirements
• Organize and arrange products in the showroom and store area
• Ensure proper product labeling and price tagging
• Assist in loading and unloading incoming and outgoing materials
• Coordinate and support material deliveries to customers when required
• Maintain cleanliness and proper stock arrangement in the store and warehouse
• Support day-to-day store operations
• Assist in preparing invoices and handling cash card transactions at the counter
• Assist in entering daily sales stock details and customer records into the system
• Assist with daily office tasks of filing and document management maintaining an organized workspace

Up to AED 3,000 per month

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Driver cum Office Assistant to join our Paints & Coating Systems division. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, disciplined, and capable of handling store operations, material deliveries, and customer support activities efficiently.

• Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record, showcasing reliability and adherence to traffic laws is mandatory
• Familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns, ensuring efficient travel routes and timely deliveries.
• Previous clerical experience
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting paint cans and materials
• Responsible, disciplined, and hardworking personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
