- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of procurement experience , including 3 years in a managerial role within the UAE fit-out, joinery, or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out, joinery, MEP, and finishing materials, with an established network of UAE suppliers and subcontractors.
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, vendor management, and cost control for fit-out projects.
- Ability to plan procurement activities, manage material schedules, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle/SAP), procurement software, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Good understanding of UAE procurement practices, commercial contracts, and industry regulations.
