What you ll do:
- Expedite vendor deliverables, manufacturing progress & delivery for critical project equipment (LLIs)
- Track and report vendor performance against committed delivery schedules
- Coordinate with QA/QC, Logistics & Engineering to resolve delays and mitigate risk
- Support Pre-Inspection Meetings (PIMs) for critical items
- Maintain the Procurement/Expediting Register and issue progress reports
- Relevant Engineering/Bachelor s degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
- Proven expediting experience min 12-15 years on EPC / Oil & Gas / Petrochemical projects
- Familiarity with ADNOC-approved vendor frameworks and procurement procedures
- Strong vendor follow-up, communication, and multitasking skills
- Available on short notice for immediate mobilization
- CSCP / CPSM (Certified Supply Chain / Procurement Professional) — APICS/ISM
- CIPS Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Procurement & Supply
- PMP or similar project/procurement management certification (an advantage)
