TAQA Transmission x | Emirati Procurement and Innovation Capability Programme (EPIC)

In partnership with TAQA Transmission, we’re proud to launch the Emirati Procurement and Innovation Capability (EPIC) Programme - an exciting 2-year development programme designed to equip ambitious Emirati graduates and early career professionals with the skills, experience, and confidence to build successful careers in procurement and supply chain.

During the first year, participants will complete a structured development programme with Efficio, gaining hands‑on experience, training, and professional development. In the second year, participants will transition into a full‑time role within TAQA Transmission’s Procurement Department, where they will continue to build their skills and grow their careers.

What is EPIC?

The Emirati Procurement and Innovation Capability (EPIC) Programme is designed to accelerate your development through a combination of practical project experience, structured learning, and ongoing mentorship. You’ll work alongside experienced Efficio consultants, contributing to complex client engagements across infrastructure, energy, and a range of other industries, while developing the technical, commercial, and consulting skills needed to succeed in procurement and supply chain.

• Work alongside experienced Efficio consultants on real client engagements.
• Gather, analyse, and interpret data to identify opportunities, solve business challenges, and support decision‑making.
• Contribute to procurement and supply chain transformation projects across infrastructure, energy, and a range of other industries.
• Develop core consulting skills, including problem‑solving, stakeholder management, communication, and presenting insights and recommendations.
• Learn through structured training, mentorship, and on‑the‑job development.

Upon successful completion of the programme, you’ll transition into a full time role within TAQA Transmission’s Procurement Department, where you’ll continue your career and apply the experience gained through EPIC.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think critically
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders
• A proactive mindset, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
