We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Supply Chain and Logistics Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery, ensuring the efficient and timely transportation of goods. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of logistics operations, supply chain management, and relevant software systems.

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
• Oversee procurement processes, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships
• Manage transportation of goods both domestically and internationally
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production demands
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities
• Train and supervise team members on proper procedures for shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
• Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations regarding transportation of goods
• Work closely with other departments to coordinate logistics efforts with production schedules

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in supply chain and logistics management
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including procurement, transportation, warehousing, distribution
• Experience with relevant software systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership abilities
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding transportation preferred
