Job Description- Create and submit purchase requisitions (PR) in SAP based on procurement requirement.
- Verify requisition details such as quantity, specifications, and delivery requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with requesters and procurement team & Material team to clarify any Discrepancies Or Additional Requirements.
- Track and follow up on purchase requisitions until approval and conversion to purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for audit purposes.
- Support continuous process improvements related to purchase requisition activities.
