Lawn Manager or Lawn Supervisor is accountable for all logistics tasks in the stockroom, from storage of items via preparation of products for loading/offloading, delivery receipt, shipment distributions, transport and also connecting with motorists to guarantee items distribution is performed in a timely way. Other obligations consist of yet not limited to managing trucks as well as motorists in the warehouse, lead the packing group in arranging the storage location, and help operation/supply chain manager in products dealing with, and also preparation of files.
Backyard Supervisor reports straight to operation/supply chain manager.
- Aid operation/supply chain manager in documents prep work, turning over to/from vehicle drivers and also getting rid of agents.
- Functions together with different divisions within the company to efficiently meet the needs of consumers.
- Connect with motorists to prepare the loading/offloading task in a reliable way.
- Abide by plant/factory standards, policies, as well as shipping and nation laws.
- Collaborate with production/operation employees to validate materials needed to match production/delivery timetable.
- Manage and also track stock of products in the warehouse, keep logs as well as records of warehouse supply, by area, type of product, set number etc. and also report to provide chain manager.
- Tracking as well as collaborating the receipt, storage, and also prompt delivery of items as well as products.
- Review and confirm shipping documents as well as guarantee complete files delivered with the delivery.
- Holds Diploma/ Senior high school, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar filed of logistics, preferred experience in Polymers.
- Read/write in English language.
- Bilingual, favored Urdu/Hind and English.
- Capability to utilize computer system applications and operate weigh bridge and other machinery in the plant.
