Purchasing Officer

National Finance is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to join its growing team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in purchasing or sales who can efficiently manage procurement activities while building strong relationships with suppliers.

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the purchasing function by negotiating competitive prices, processing purchase orders, monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods. Candidates with international trade experience and strong communication skills will be highly regarded.

• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Track quotations, pricing updates, and supplier offers.
• Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain organized purchasing records and procurement documentation.

• Experience in purchasing, sales, or a related field.
• Experience in International Trade is preferred.
• Strong client-handling and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, responsible, and available to join immediately.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Supplier negotiations and procurement processes
  • Microsoft Office applications
  • Purchasing documentation and order management Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field
