KeyQualifications
- 10 years of experience in FF&E management, interior fit-out, hospitality, residential, commercial, luxury projects.
- Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing, materials, finishes, and procurement processes.
- Experience with supplier management and international sourcing.
- Excellent project management and budget control skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, ERP systems, procurement software, and design documentation.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong experience in Commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential fit-out projects.
- Professional Coordination of FF&E with Interior architectural elements, MEP services, Joinery and millwork.
- Knowledge of local and international FF&E suppliers and manufacturers.
- Strong knowledge of Material Sourcing, Quality standards, Cost benchmarking and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of Reading and interpreting Layout drawings, FF&E schedules, Specifications and BOQs.
- Professional Development and management of detailed FF&E schedules.
- Experience in Coordination between designers, suppliers, procurement, and site teams.
- Ability of Managing FF&E activities from concept through installation.
- Evaluating material quality, finishes, workmanship and Ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
- Experience in coordination with Interior Designers, Project managers, Procurement teams, Suppliers and manufacturers and Clients and consultants.
